Jeff is a lifelong resident of Kansas and has been a licensed hunting guide since 1993. He is the winner of Geary County's 2005 Wildlife Habitat and Conservation Award. He is the owner and trainer of Morris Gun Dogs.

A Message From Jeff:

Last year, a group of guys came in from Fort Collins, Colorado. I guided their hunt near McDowell Creek on the south end of my property. When they finished, they exclaimed how wonderful the Flint Hills are. They had never imagined that they were so full of nature and wildlife. They thought the area would be like eastern Colorado and western Kansas. One of the gentlemen said, "I can see how these hills could grow on you!"

"Oh, yeah. That's for sure," I said. I explained that I had been walking these Flint Hills since I was 12 years of age, stomping all around them on my two feet. I never forget how blessed I really am, so lucky to count my days here on Earth in the Flint Hills of Kansas.

Before they left, they thanked me over and over and said, "See you next year." They are coming back for sure.
